While the learning curve of Driving Zone: Germany isn’t all that steep thanks to the same intuitive control scheme that its predecessor had, it’s still worth pointing out that the game doesn’t have any tutorial sequence for new comers and this is why you’ll need to figure out the basics on your own. Fortunately, since the controls are intuitive and there aren’t any complex gameplay mechanics, you should be able to get the hang of things quite nicely in mere minutes.

Driving feels a lot more smoother and the navigating the cars through traffic feels much more realistic and engaging. The most exciting thing about this game is probably the fact that each individual track not only looks unique but feels unique as well. For example, the winter track actually has icy roads and these icy roads will make it much harder to probably maintain control of cars, especially at high speeds. These dynamic gameplay elements are usually absent from most games of this sort and they’re one of the main reasons why Driving Zone: Germany is so much fun.

One of the biggest highlights of the first Driving Zone was the fact that it had an enormous variety of cars for players to choose from and we’re happy to see that Driving Zone: Germany shares this characteristic as well. As you progress through the game, you’ll be able to unlock loads of new vehicles and each individual vehicle feels unique to use so the experience will never start to feel repetitive.

Much like the gameplay, the visuals in Driving Zone: Germany have seen a fair bit of polishing as well. The textures on the track look significantly more detailed and smoother, the cars look a lot more realistic and the animations seem to be a lot more fluid as well so you’re definitely in for a great visual experience.
